Spacious open plan kitchen – dining/ living area with high ceilings and white washed wooden floors - great flow onto covered veranda with large garden and pool. The home is newly built and everything is brand-new and of exceptional quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including; gas stove/electric oven/extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is a separate TV room as well as a children’s playroom. Tasteful finishes, clean and very well maintained.

Large covered veranda with 8 seater dining table and comfortable chairs overlooking the pool and large garden. Another outdoor dining table adjacent to the kitchen area in a courtyard with a beautiful patio and stunning water-fountain feature. Sunbeds to relax at the pool. This home is private, tranquil and secure. Complimented with large lawned garden. Large jungle gym for the kids at the pool area, as well as trampoline in the back garden area.
