Living

The open plan living area is cosy and comfortable. The kitchen, dining room, TV room and sun room are elegantly decorated and the sliding glass concertina doors open to the private garden and create a wonderful indoor outdoor flow.

Leisure

Milkwood trees provide a shaded braai area and the sunny garden is perfect to relax in. Very safe for family with young children. Front of house has mountain view and view of the lighthouse. At the end of the cul-de-sac is the famous surfer’s wave, ‘Outer Kom’.
